Manker PL21 Operation:

ON/OFF: with the light turned off, press the switch until a click is head to enter low output directly, press the switch again to turn the light off.
Brightness Adjustment: With the light turned on, turning the PL21 off and on within 0.5 seconds or simply press the switch halfway to down cycle brightness through "low-mid-high" the PL21 will turn on in "Low" by default after it is turned off for 0.5seconds.
